So I started this diet

I came to the realization that I can no longer blame the extra pounds im packin on having a baby. She is 2.5 I think people are starting to question that theory.

I gained 72,yes seventy-two, pounds with my pregnancy(Holy Shit right?) Since having Sophie I have lost SEVEN of those 72. I don't eat crappy,I dont drink. I just....Well I dont work out and I have been Maintaining my weight, not gaining, nor losing. But I can only tell myself 'this is baby weight!' for so long. I mean I dont want to all of a sudden be a 40 year old, stretch pant wearing, kankle having fatty who tells her husband to slow down on the way to Sophies high school graduation BC the baby weight is holding me back!

So. I have decided to quit bitching and moaning about my weight and do something about it. But,see, here's my little problem. I have this tendancy to start something and then totally slack ass on not finish the said "project" But this time is different(yes Ive probably said that a bajillion times beore but im for reals this time!) Ive gotten my husbands approval to join a gym and Ive started hiking again with Sophie and the stroller.

So, My goal is by my birthday I want to have reached my goal weight. What that goal is shall not be disclosed but thats where I wanna be!

We'll see, right?!

Oh, I am so with you on this one! I am in the same boat. I am horrible at sticking to diets and exercise plans. But I have to do something, I weighed myself today and I am actually heavier than I've ever been in my life (minus the pregnancy) and I'm too darn close to my weight when I was 7 months pregnant! Yikes! Good luck!!!
