This is what happens when you leave your 2 year old in her room to "nap". After a horrid 3 hour struggle to get Sophie to take a nap I decided to let her lay in her OWN bed. I put her in her bed and put up the safety gate. So, I go and lay on my bed and turn the monitor on and start playing on the computer and I hear her get up. OK, Im leaving her BC she NEEDS to nap. SHE WOKE UP AT 4:30am! I can hear her start to get toys out and she starts singing her infamous song about the number 2. I let her go on for about 25 minutes when I hear her THROW something. Ok ok I give up, Im going in. I go in and I find that she has shoved a green megablock,a wooden building block,a crayon,a hot wheel,a plastic flower,2 plastic balls,a wooden bunny chew toy and a rubber duck in her toy. I had to take that entire dang thing apart. Let me tell you, that duck was lodged in there good. I almost had to cut the sucker out! LOL I swear, that kiddo keeps me on my toes. And I love EVERY MINUTE OF IT

Maybe this is a sign of an engineer in the making?? LOL
Reminds me why I love my budding musician so much. I just have to listen to singing for 2 hours each night !
I'm sorry, but that is hilarious. I don't think it was made for rubber ducks and crayons, but good effort on her part. lol.
Stumbled upon your blog from blog the recession, and had to laugh about this--my friend's 2 year old did the EXACT same thing with the EXACT same toy!
Oh man, she is so creative!
LMAO.
Okay I have to reply to this, because I have had to disassemble that very same toy before due to some funny stuff stuck in it too.
